 The construction of the 50-Bed Gendarmerie Military Hospital in Ankara Beytepe started on 26 December 1995, and preparations for patient care were completed on 05 May 2003, and the first patient was accepted with a ceremony and recorded in the records. Beytepe Military Hospital Chief Physician's Office has continued its activities as a subsidiary of the Turkish Armed Forces Health Command since October 17, 2005; Taking the name of Health Petty Officer Murat Erdi Eker, who was martyred on 19 April 2016, it was transferred to the Ministry of Health as of 26 August 2016 and named Beytepe Murat Erdi Eker State Hospital, with a 2nd level 10-bed intensive care unit, a 1st level emergency service unit, It continues to serve with polyclinic services, dentistry services, laboratory services, radiology services, operating room and sterilization services and a capacity of 100 beds.
The phrase MARTYR was added to the name of our hospital on August 9, 2021 and continues to provide service.
